TO MEANSURE THE TEMPERATURE OF MEAT:
Take your reading in the thickest available portion of the meat .If the meat is cold on outside ,take a second reading to ensure accuracy .
Make sure two prongs are probed at least 1/2 deep into the meat to give an accurate reading of temperature .
Hold fork in position and wait for 6 to 10 seconds to heat the prongs fully ,and evenly measure the temperature .
