As the name suggests, using Roasteasy could not be simpler. Wash your Roasteasy before using for the first time. Before cooking place your Roasteasy over the roast before inserting into the oven. For use after cooking remove the roast from the oven simply cover with the Roasteasy allowing the roast to rest and retail it’s head whilst it relaxes. Roasteasy is suitable for cooking any meat, retaining moisture in the meat while allowing perfect browning and crisping.
